• Fridge is located in covered cool area and opened for meal and drink breaks – which would calculate the fridge is operating at 30% of its 7amps capacity 
• Battery size in AH = 15.6 Amps x (8 hours x 30% 2.1amps ) = 15.6 Amps x 2.1ah  would mean, you would of used only 10.5amp hours of the batteries full 15.6amps of power capacity.
