Order process and digital shipping via email
Simply enter your details and address (required for personalization) at checkout, as you would with a regular purchase, and pay the selected amount. The process is noted free shipping .
You will not receive a package, no bill and no postal letter (even if a delivery address is displayed).
After completing the order, we will simply send you a code to the email address you provided . This code is therefore the gift voucher.

Redeeming the voucher code
When placing an order, the “Discount code ” field is always displayed at checkout . Here you can enter your code and redeem the gift voucher.
Click on “Apply” and the previously gifted amount will be deducted from the total. It couldn’t be easier!
Please note: Each code can only be used once! If your voucher amount is higher than the price for the selected item, the remaining amount will be saved for your next purchase (you will then receive a credit note afterwards). There is no payout. If the selected item costs more than the voucher shows, the remaining amount must be paid regularly.
