The robust “Sosket” grill grate for sausages is ideal for enjoying delicious hot dogs, frankfurters, chorizos and other sausages. It is non-stick coated to prevent food from sticking, making it easier and more efficient to cook. The ergonomic wooden handle is extra long, which allows for a comfortable grip and avoids the risk of burns during use.
The sausage grill has a safety ring that prevents accidental opening during cooking and provides a secure grip. Simply slide the safety ring, open the grill grate, put the sausages in, close the grill grate and also slide the safety ring again to securely close the grill grate.
The cooking grate should be placed over the embers or other heat source (never over a direct flame) and rotated to allow the sausages to cook thoroughly on both sides. It can be used for different types of grills (charcoal, gas, wood, etc.). Other foods can also be used. You can then easily clean the grill grate after each use , but it is not dishwasher safe.
